About Us

Meadow Ridge Condominiums are managed by Marsh Property Management. Husband and wife, Kurtis and Carissa Marsh, have been looking out for tenants in the Bangor, Maine area for more than 15 years. Marsh Property Management provides full service management in leasing and tenant placement. Both Kurtis and Carissa have Maine Real Estate Associate Broker Licenses.

Both Kurtis and Carissa are heavily involved in the community through various organizations.

Kurtis Marsh has served as president of the Greater Bangor Apartment Owners and Managers Association. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Maine Apartment Owners and Managers Association, which has more than 3000 members. Kurtis attended both the University of Maine at Augusta and University of Maine earning his Business Management Degree. He is President of the Brewer Kiwanis, where he won 2010 Member of the Year. He is also Vice President for the 4th of July Corporation, a non-profit, working to pay for the 4th of July parade and fireworks in Bangor, through private donations.

Carissa Marsh belongs to the Bangor Breakfast Kiwanis Club. She formally was the President of the Milford Congregational Ladies Aid group. She also belongs to the Greater Bangor Apartment Owners and Managers Association. Carissa is also a Realtor with the Bangor Area Board of Realtors.
